      Cons

      Managers are a joke, Belittle and just about little to no training after the initial training . Manager in Portsmouth a disaster. He is a waste of a salary and literally speaks so terrible to his employees. The company has you bring people in with the idea that there is a job and then it is just for a down the road job. Wastes peoples time.

      Coworkers are friendly, and everyone wants everyone to succeed. Management is incredible, hands-off but always there for support when needed. Good compensation structure

      Pros

      My recruiter is very personable and easy to get in touch with. He immediately let me know when a role came up that I would be a perfect fit for, and he kept me informed throughout the interview and offer process. He and the account manager for the company I've been placed with helped to prep me for the initial interview and potential job. I've felt very supported throughout this process and am grateful for the relationships Alexander has built with their clients now that I've landed at a great company!
