Pros

Strong, capable DC team that consistently delivers results. Opportunities to learn from complex, fast-paced projects. Competitive base pay compared to industry standards.

Cons

Frequent structural changes are made without planning or clear communication, creating instability and affecting work–life balance. Some role changes are misaligned with employees’ career paths, and long-tenured team members have been impacted with little notice. Leadership invests in overseas executive retreats and trainings, which often appear to replace more meaningful structures such as bonus programs, formal performance reviews, and transparent criteria for raises. This leads to compensation and advancement feeling inconsistent and unpredictable. There is a noticeable gap between the effort employees put in and the level of acknowledgment and support they receive from leadership. Many decisions do not reflect an understanding of — or appreciation for — the daily work teams provide. The DC team is held to higher standards than other regions and has lost flexibility (such as WFH days) that other markets still maintain. Recognition and credit for employee contributions are limited, and people-focused leadership skills need improvement.
