      Mostly nice people, and a few that are excellent. Most are still supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      Preferential to men. Lack of training and advancement opportunities. Outdated technology. No remote work. Constant budget cuts.

      Good people, worldwide business, future might be bright

      Private equity owned, agriculture is a tough business as you may have great success one year then trouble when markets, weather, climate change strikes.
