Pros
Okay base pay - raises never come after. Bonuses are assigned to unrealistic expectations and you never end up getting them. PTO was okay. Unlimited sick time was beneficial.
Cons
Corruption is rampant. Company culture is horrible. Hiring team lies to all employees onboarding. Company has been stagnant for years. Constantly asked to do hail marys. Furloughed entire team right before Christmas. Fires employees without letting them finish their full notice.
