There are certainly many reasons why you should not work or think about working with aceplp. 1. Their so called 'Trainer' are certainly one of the worst trainer you will ever meet. 2. When you are out for attachments, you will realize that what you are doing is something that every engineer can do. So practically, you're just wasting your time. 3. The company's benefits are ridiculous. no 13th month allowance. If you visit a private hospital/clinic, it will consider as unpaid leave. You can only claim up to $10. So imagine if you have a family doctor. All will go down to trash. Extremely low pay. You will go broke everything month unless you have prior savings. 4. They will charge your client as high as Everest but you get a tiny sum out of it. That means, whatever they brief you about profit sharing, its not to the point then you will realize that its not a profit sharing. Theyre just eating your money. 5. You will have to submit timesheet at the end of every month and lets say your client is not around to sign it, your pay will be delayed and whatever the reason is, you will still get your pay delayed. 6. They train you at the very basic of drafting (something that you can learn on youtube yourself) and will tie you to a bond that holds an amount of your/your gf's dowry money. lol. 7. Management will always get on your nerves. They will always have this 'adjustments' from IT to finance team. At certain point you just cant get your email logged in and at other point, your money will be deducted for the month due to those "adjustments" 8. The company is run by a family. They will keep an eye on you all the time. CCTV on everywhere you move but videos are kept up to 3 days, what a joke right. 9. When you have trouble with client at site (e.g. argue with client, client not being nice, client finding trouble with you or anything that is not your fault) they will not side on you nor investigate the situation but will sub salt on your wound.
