1. No Job security: fires people after probation and that to without any prior notice. They will straightaway tell you that we are letting you go while the ideal way is to have 1 to 1 meeting with the candidate 2 3 times before in every month and at least give them the chance to improve their performance if you are not satisfied with anything. Although the customer was happy with my performance but they just simply laid off. So unprofessional from their end.
2. Disturbing work culture: As a new joiner I was expecting some help from team mates but the people in project were so busy and rude at time that you cannot ask for genuine project related help. As a person who is new in the team and project you need to provide a go to person (in my case I had a buddy who was my manager) who is available to answer you queries as well.
3. Got the project related training 3 months after joining: They started the project training 3 months after the joining and the probation is of 6 months. Also, the training was still not completed 2 months after the start. So yes it continued for almost 2 3 months and meanwhile they expect you to deliver without any help or interaction.
4. Unresponsive teammates: They have 2 different channels for communication, teams and slack, and nobody replies to you in either on of them. To be honest, they have a lot of work load so people have no time to address your issues which is understandable but problematic.
