      Focus on buzz words rather than outputs Lack of direction due to constant change Low employee morale Reactive company Outdated regime Feel like a number Does not live up to its core values Siloed workforce despite a One AXA vision Do not work in the IT department for fear of redundancies and potential outsourcing

      Pros

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
