      Good company but poor UK management - BDR Representative APPINIO Employee Review

      Pros

      - Friendly - Great HR - The Germany team is brilliant - Informative onboarding - The new head of the UK seems to understand the UK market than the current german management.

      Cons

      - Lots of work dumped on me as an intern then abandoned or given new work - Managers have no idea how sales tools work and expect work that takes 2+ hours to be done in 30 minutes - The management was disorganised and both managers told me to do things without proper instructions. - As an intern, I had way more work despite working part-time and management had a lot of free time but couldn't help as they didn't know how it worked.

      Pros

      The culture & people are truly amazing - everyone is smart, driven and collaborative. People you actually want to hang out with outside of work. The remote work and benefits are a huge plus too.

      Cons

      Experiences the typical growing pains when trying to scale a company & enter a new market - not a lot of structure or direction, so something to note if that is what you need.

      Pros

      -Remote work friendly (Able to work from anywhere and often this is encouraged -- Appinioeers love to travel) -Great work/life balance -The best colleagues <3 -Encourages both personal and professional growth -Plenty of opportunities for upward mobility -No micromanaging

      Cons

      -There's need for strong personal initiative and ability to work individually (althought there is plenty of collaboration with others) -- but maybe not ideal for someone who needs constant support or oversight
