We are sorry to hear about your negative experience. As a company we take pride in encouraging our employees to find creative solutions and we take learning opportunities very seriously. We recently held a hackathon where everyone was challenged to innovate new solutions, and great ideas came out of it. We absolutely need our employees to innovate for us to succeed and continue to strive to open the doors for our employees to reach their potential.
Although we are a global company with certain constraints, we find our hours to be reasonable with a 10am start and flexible breaks throughout the day. We will continue to review this policy based on feedback from our current and former employees to find the best solution. There is no salary dock – we dock half a day of leave for employees who are repeatedly late and not getting their work done. We view all of these situations with discretion and on a case by case basis and only have to exercise this option a handful of times a quarter.
Glassdoor itself recommends employers to encourage current employees to write reviews. That being said we can assure you that no employee has been forced to write any reviews but we appreciate your comments and concerns. We are making our entire process more transparent so that we can address and monitor issues as they occur.
