follows employment equality for promotions (affirmitive actions) good opportunities for fresh grads good benefits
Cons
the more upper management squeezes out of their employees the higher their bonuses are at the end of the year many employees were forced to take on a lower position in order to stay working in the company, but keep in mind ALS is always afraid of getting sued many employees feel taken advantage of and undervalued bad workplace environment due to constant layoff of staff very difficult to move up
