      Increment, reputation, free accomodation, free conveyance

      Cons

      Absolutely no work-life-balance. 12hr shifts is normalised similar to other construction companies. Even after that you are expected to extend work hours, work on weekly offs, holidays etc.

      Very challenging projects. Gives a chance to improve your technical & creative skills

      Cons

      Lot of politics in the company and higher management is inefficient. Not paid fairly.
