      Loved working with the people in the US side. Pay was okay, and benefits were good.

      Cons

      Everything is managed overseas. No decision making in the United States. Makes it very difficult to do sales.

      No dress code, clean office

      Cons

      Pay is low, 5% chance of promotion, leadership from the higher ups are shady and manipulative. Everybody thinks they are the boss in there.
