Pros

I work on the implementation team at ABIS, and it’s one of the most challenging & rewarding roles I’ve had. Implementations are real projects with real pressure. Customers depend on us to get it right. Expectations can be high, but I'm not on an island to get it done. The team collaborates and gets development involved, leadership is accessible, and when things get tough people step up instead of disappear. You are trusted with responsibility early. If you take ownership, communicate well, and want to grow, you’ll get opportunities quickly. The culture values performance, accountability, and long term relationships with customers. Strong team culture, meaningful impact, free energy drinks/ lots of team meals, gym and pool table in the office.

Cons

There is a constant learning curve, which was hard to get used to in the beginning. Some of the team work very fast in their areas of expertise and it is tough to remember that its not a requirement to keep up.

Pros

You really learn a lot about a company during an epidemic. ABIS has shown competency during these trying times with no layoffs or reduced hours. The amazing protocols kept everyone safe and COVID free! I can’t imagine working for a better company.

Cons

I wish there were more people that participate in the happy hours! I love my coworkers, and would like to spend more social time with them.

Pros

Challenging work and many opportunities to get to know your coworkers and their families. We have a lake to go relax to anytime we want (sand beach area, paddle boats, fishing, a boat, walking trails, BBQ pit, and many other things planned for the future), every first Friday we all sit down and hang out for lunch, and plenty of company sponsored functions to bring the family to. The unlimited vacation day policy is awesome especially when expecting a new baby. And informal happy hours in the lounge are a great way to unwind at the end of the week. Most of my previous companies that I work for always talk about "We work hard and we play hard" and only have a company function 1 to 3 times a year. At Abis, there's always some kind of company function 1 to 3 times a month. There's been trips to the lake multiple times, company events to Top Golf and Bowling, trips to the river, and company tickets to different sporting events.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of. More ping pong tournaments?
