Shockingly, the use of inappropriate language and encouragement of such behavior amongst staff members is rampant, creating a toxic work environment. Despite boasting a strong financial background, the company adopts an alarming approach towards its employees, treating them with disdain and humiliation. The lack of respect and values for the workforce is glaringly evident, with employees often subjected to unwarranted mistreatment at the hands of the management. Furthermore, 4S Developers appears to operate without adherence to any standard policies and procedures.
