      Pros

      The staff are professional. They treat you with respect. The CEO is compassionate and caring :) The salary is very good :) I get bonuses and health benefit as well. I get to manage my schedule. They provide free training in Amazon, Ebay, Shopify, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing and a lot more to develop the skills of their virtual assistants. You get paid on a weekly basis :)
