Great energy in this place. People love what they do and they enjoy working with each other. Very casual and creative atmosphere, yet everyone works hard. Very smart leaders. I really felt like I was part of a team when I worked there.
Cons
They've lost some major business because of budget cuts. I had to move on for better opportunity.
I'm sure ESW will do just fine. I'd kill to come back.
