    - Friendly working environment - Nice office

    Cons

    - Low salary - No HR support, you do an exit interview with the manager of your direct manager - Lack of internal promotion, no career path whatsoever - No budget for you to join business trip, resources are reserved for management levels only - No overtime pay

    Not much staff benefit or discount, no bonus. Very basic medical plan. Limited career development.

    Travel perks(get to travel for business even as junior staff), young and fun people to work with, great offices (if you are in EF hub cities), international working environment, allows you to take initiative and own projects

    Cons

    Inexperience management, disorganize work structure and environment, extremely sales driven (sales over clients/employee), extremely high turnover in front office and at the schools, low monetary compensation, not enough staff training and formal support
