1. They revised probation from 6 months to 1 month by just announcing in townhall enforced retroactively 2. Accordingly notice period was increased from 30 days to 90 days just by announcing in townhall 3. Extremely toxic culture...MD and his team create nuisance not allowing anyone to work 4. Extremely high attrition..almost all heads left in last 3 months 5. Top management filled with politicians with zero interest in work. Only show credit. After all owner is a failed politician.
