      Company does not care about employees' best interest but good place to get feet wet

      Pay isn't bad Benefits are pretty good Good place to get your feet wet

      Cons

      Executives only have their best interest in mind Training is not well executed when it exists There is a level of shadiness that seeps into all areas of the company People are promoted out of seniority instead of skill leaving everyone with managers who have not the first clue on how to manage.
