I'm sorry to hear that you were suffering from carpal tunnel symptoms that may have kept you from being able to hit production. That can happen, and this job certainly is not for everyone. We try to offer advice on how to balance out adequate speed and physical comfort via taking enough breaks, ergonomical equipment, and using the most macros you can. I am also pleased to tell you that the Tallahassee office has recently rolled out changes to the break policy to make it much more flexible for everyone.
