- Big focus on psychological safety for individuals -workplace with a flat structure, focusing on mutual respect and open communication -location in the centrum - sponsored social activities to foster friendships and fun
Cons
Be more visible and known. Take a more dominant position in the market.

-(was) great work-life balance. (now is just ok) - good and knowledgable people - ok benefits and salary -even though it does outsourcing on some projects, it has great job security.
Cons
- extra benefits could be better (bonuses non existing, extra motivation)
