Lots of interesting projects. Working with some very smart people. Career and develop opportunities. Management genuinely care about staff. Flexible work arrangements. Awesome work life balance.
Cons
Not always paying the best market salary... You have to really drive your own career path. A lot of red tape and governance (which is not entirely a bad thing, but sometimes cumbersome and overcautious and overkill)
