      Pros

      I was a teacher as a part time job while in college. Everything was fantastic, the students enjoy the classes, the lessons are fun and interesting, and the flexibility to build your schedule is top tier.

      I did not experience any cons in this position.

      Extremely flexible hours, can be done completely online, rewarding

      Cons

      Pay is not fantastic (not awful). Sometimes you are put into an impossible situation with a non tech savvy student and no amount of explanation over zoom in a single hour is really going to be beneficial, but that is the exception not the rule.
