Pros
You got the chance to cover up what's wrong at your own chances. (so positively, you may escape the blame, or get the chances to fix things up)
Cons
Problems are covered within, so unless it cannot be handled, then things got worse and worse until it's being exploded. Certain management people are climbing up the company ladder way too fast, forcing old loyal staffs to quit. (That's because they can sell themselves in front of CEO. Do they really do proper work? Ah... well... ) When problems happened they found people to point their fingers at so they could escape their responsibility. They are best at blaming others while they are at fault.
