Good place in the start, later they will start mocking like a school kids. No maturity. If you are in a Team which are bad, then life is like a hell. They will kocj and will find faults till you get frustrared and quit the Job. If we need to work in a professional, opt for some other compant where you can meet very mature Management and staffs. I left this company and joined another where we have lots of engagements, no de-motivation, lots of learning, guidance, Inspiration, which Citrus is lacking.

Poor work life balance, I had work 10-11 hours daily. Project manger and lead always compare our self with other employees like you are not efficient/productive/ logic than 'x' person and degrade our self so we think that we didn't get any job on other company. Need to work multiple technologies under pressure with out mvc and with out allocating learning time. PM and lead not write or review the code.
