      Pros

      you gain a lot of experience helping clients, coworkers are nice, flexible schedule, above average pay, clean, learn what mistakes to avoid when running a business

      Cons

      poor management, suspicious business practices, therapists dont stay more than a couple of months, management only cares about money not clients, all supervisors are related and dont care about employees

      Many of the non-management staff are friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      There is basically no training for new staff, no support, unclear directions, the record system/filing room/scheduling system is a mess, the wait times for clients to see the doctor are excessive, and most of the management staff or upper level staff are related and act only in their interest. Essentially they are focused only on having you bill for as many sessions as possible with no concern for staff, clients, or over all quality of care. Because of this, turnover is high. They will hire you very quickly, but take that as the red flag that it is!
