Pros

Very high earning potential. Convenient location.

Cons

Dishonest management. No follow up in a situation that would be easy to prove, as there are cameras everywhere. Huge disconnect between hourly workers and management. No rhyme or reason to actions taken, just someone says something, so it must be true. Most of the “caring about people” stuff is just lip service. Hourly staff does a lot of complaining about bad management, and it’s largely because they are ignored when bringing up legitimate issues.

Most everyone is nice. Managers are usually good to work with. Night hours.

It is a family own business-so sometimes the rules are not fair.

Pros

Food discounts and other servers/bartenders are kind

Cons

Owned by someone that is horribly rude, doesn’t introduce himself, berates his employees over small mistakes. Egotistical is an understatement. Management is awful and rude. Side work can take up to an hour an a half after your shift. They don’t rotate servers while seating guests and you can be sat back to back in your section with no help. DO NOT WORK HERE! Or if you do have a second job, because they will fire you over a small mistake.
