      Pros

Love my team and direct boss; smart, creative people with good work-life balance. Salary is solid if not excellent.

      Cons

The structure and constant reorg makes a mess and prevents any real progress. There will be productive conversations where we on the ground will make thoughtful suggestions and voice our willingness to invest time and effort to make changes but nothing comes of those talks. The obsession with billability is so short-sited as I find being half billable covers that analyst's salary times 2. But if we can never hire more people because no one's 100% billable, then we can't do good work and we can't take on new work. I'm constantly frustrated by the lack of thoughtful approach to ongoing problems and the lack of support given to people who are capable of and eager to make change happen at middle management level.

      Cons

Compensation, work/life balance, culture. Outsourcing and Shared Services creates more headaches than it fixes.
