Poor work-life balance, high expectations, low salary, senseless management

      Business Outlook

      Pros

      - Not a good job, but also not the worst

      Cons

      - Lowest possible pay - High skill, fast-paced, high endurance work - Experience and commitment are not valued - Low employee retention is clearly an avoidable issue and yet is neglected - Expectations of work are poorly managed. You will be expected to keep the appearance of working hard all of the time, and when you do go above and beyond, it will go unappreciated. - OT hours will be micromanaged when possible to keep you just below the requirement for OT pay. - During busy seasons, prepare to be overworked. Understaffing is a constant problem that will never be addressed and it will be quite obvious to anyone that you will need to perform the jobs of many people to meet the high expectations, especially during busy seasons.
