      Good first job if you want to learn about ESG

      Founders are immature - just care about being Series A, B etc. Needs more visionary people - who actually believe in ESG

      Pros

      Working on ratings you really feel as though you are contributing to something meaningful in the climate space. It's really interesting work and I got to work with some great people.

      Cons

      There is a culture of nepotism, and staff aren't well looked after. Many people in ratings have left in the past year due to burnout and being overlooked for roles they have given to less qualified, more junior staff who are friendly with leadership. The most qualified, hardest working, kindest most team oriented female scientists are consistently overlooked or treated badly whilst many of the men who are, at best not collaborative, are heralded and promoted.

      An interesting business concept and ethos. Majority of the people who work there are very nice.

      Cons

      The work environment is quite toxic, managers need more training and communication isn't good.
