      Pros

      Fast paced work and adds a lot to resume within a few months.

      Cons

      Management hires and fires in a week's span. They have no clue who they need to hire. They hire to friendly referrals therefore most of the time making poor professional judgements and matching wrong skilled people for the wrong jobs.

      Paycheck if you manage to negotiate a big package.

      Cons

      c-level & director-level personnel are below average. No direction whatsoever. Big guy do not understand how to run a corporate. 2nd man is powerless and gives total opposite direction. Seniors in the middle just enjoy the ride and earn their big fat salaries... That is it!
