Most employees are super nice, fun, and enthusiastic about work. Parties and rewards regularly throughout the year.
Cons
Management and company as a whole are disorganized.

Owned by PCC It has a lot of sister companies which creates many opportunities if you play it right you can use it as a learning experience and just maybe use them long enough to find an opportunity for something better.
Cons
Management does not know their processes, product, people, or equipment, so they do not plan, price, schedule maintenance on equipment, or shifts well at all. I feel they are Strictly money motivated, don’t care for or about people, they only want to employ and or do business with people they can lie to and have leverage on, they don’t really care or know about the products they make. only how much it’s worth to them. Then they can report that number up to their bosses. ( and any meaning, not what it’s really worth) they do not care about people in any honest way it’s so bad they are even taking human out of Human Resources calling it employee resources where you use a kiosk or app. It’s Bad!
