Pros
Really great benefits Good hearted people Good intentions for work life balance
Cons
ABS has such good intentions but can not make up their mind about anything. After a few rounds of layoffs, they seem to change management like musical chairs. The low performers get moved into non-essential roles and even some managerial roles. There are so many strong personalities that are unchecked running around as middle management. The overall business conduct of some individuals are so poor it's embarrassing to send them to clients to represent the ABS name. Many of the departments like to play the blame game when things don't get done. Work will come in and sit in someone's inbox for many days and then sent last minute with high priority to be completed day before deadline. HR has such high turnover that no one knows who to contact for essential HR issues. No clear path for career development for most in the company.
