      -You can work remotely (from home) if needed -Everybody is really friendly -The events are nice -Good benefits -Pays well -Directors are very understanding -Great HR team

      Cons

      -If you are not at the central office, you don't get to participate in any of the activities -The job description should match the actual job -Long hours (8-5) -The office is hard to get to if you don't have a car
