3 years bond and submit all your 10th, 12th, Diploma, Degree certificates. No matter whatever the reason you want it, it won't be returned unless 3 years are completed. Lots of politics by team leaders and by the management. you work for 6 days per week and more than 9 hours per day. 60 days notice period and waiting for experience certificate. Salary not given proper date. Appraisals are very less (500 or 1000 amount ) or not even given for the deserved hard working employees
