      Pros

      Whether you start out as an Entry-Level Recruiter or experienced Recruiter, the pay is good. Starting pay is decent; do a good job and you'll be rewarded. You'll also have the opportunity to learn about the heavy industries (Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, Nuclear, etc.).

      Cons

      Not enough opportunity for growth. From Recruiting Assistant, to Recruiter, to Senior Recruiter - that's all. Benefits do not compare to most other companies. The pay is great, if that's all you're looking for.
