I have been working at emarsys full-time (More than 3 years)
Emarsys has great people. Hands down. The leadership team is constantly looking for new ways to grow the company, improve the work experience/workplace, and all while growing the company at a steady rate. I can't imagine a better work environment right now!
It is a global company and that scares some people. You might have to jump on a call early in the morning, but that's about as bad as it gets.
Advice to Management

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at emarsys (Hong Kong) in August 2018.
There will be a phone interview with the HR and you will be meeting the team head (Introduce yourself about your past working experiences and also your characters) for about 2 hours. And you will further proceed to the country manager through a phone interview for 15 minutes.
