Advice to Management
Respect for people is a joke in my location. Clinic manager talks down to people. Does not really listen.
I applied online. I interviewed at Virginia Mason (Seattle, WA (US)) in January 2013.
Very thorough interview process. Interviewed with future colleagues. Had the opportunity to also observe future colleagues at work. Felt that all my questions were answered honestly. Also felt that my future colleagues were very engaged and enthusiastic about their work.

Virginia Mason is an organization of firsts. We were the first hospital west of the Mississippi to use insulin to treat diabetes (1923) and give an electrocardiogram (1927), to name a couple. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vMCg4
