The first round interview was three-part: 1) writing a package and voicing it, 2) face-to-face interview with a senior member of the team, and 3) filling in an application form.
The entire process was efficient and reasonable. Nothing was irrelevant to the job. And it took about an hour.
The second round was with the HR department; basically signing an employment contract, discussing benefits etc.InterviewQuestions about subject matters (mainly local politics), my previous professional experiences and the reason why I applied for this job.
