    Pros

    Flat hierarchy. Freedom. Flexibility. Friendly and nice people!

    Cons

    - Lack of talents: Most people there come straight from school and/or have worked there for a long long time. In general people lack industry experiences, their works are amateurish - Managers do not have management skills, sometimes even poor communication skills...; Designers lack solid design skill and knowledge, works way below standard.
    - The product is moving extremely slow, getting a bit outdated. They are not ready for big changes.
