    Pros

    -Part of the TripAdvisor family
    -Amazing and reputable brands: Airfarewatchdog, Oyster, SmarterTravel.com, Family Vacation Critic, Jetsetter, and What To Pack
    -Teams take accountability and are passionate about their work
    -Free lunches are served 2x a week
    -Sweetgreen delivery outpost on other days of week
    -Great office location next to TD Garden
    -Consistently have All Hands with transparency into how business is going
    -Amazing upper management team with easy access (no closed-door policy)
    -Dog friendly office
    -Unlimited snacks
    -Good work environment
    -Stand-up desks and Balance Board rentals (to work on that core!)
    - Summer Fridays
    -Happy Hour 4pm Every Friday
    -Flexible work from home policy
    -Travel stipend that increases for each year you work
    -Potential for Restricted Stock Units
    -401k Matching Policy
    -Partnerships with many gyms around the city

    Cons

    -There was a morale issue when I first started, due to many employees moving over to the TripAdvisor side, which can be seen as a con. However, management took issues extremely seriously and have implemented ways to improve morale.
    -Lunch options aren't always the healthiest, but I can't really complain about a free lunch

    Advice to Management

    Keep being transparent, it's appreciated!

    I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at SmarterTravel (Boston, MA (US)) in September 2019.

    Interview

    By far the longest and most tedious process I've gone through - started with 30 min. initial convo with HR, which took 2 weeks to facilitate as they ended up changing the time 10 mins. after the start time and then scheduled to meet the following week, but somehow she didn't have it on her calendar entirely. Fast forward, I finally connect with her and she wants to help set a call up with the hiring manager before she leaves for vacation, in which one day as I'm eating lunch outdoors I randomly received a call from the hiring manager. Anyways, eventually I have the 30 min. call with the manager, in which they schedule me in for in person rounds. This ends up being 4 hrs of interviewing with 7 different people who I would be working with/for. Unfortunately for me, this was also scheduled with a "lunch" session in which I'm not exactly sure what the expectation was for me to be able to eat and speak at the same time. Kindly enough they did provide lunch that given day since they have free lunches on Thursdays, but I ended up only being able to take 1 bite in between interviews and had to throw the rest out. A week post interview, HR followed up to say they were still going through candidates and that they should know by the following week. It is now the following week and I haven't heard any updates since with my follow up.
