Rogers has many programs designed to build a positive culture. Hours are good and vacation/flex is generous.
Seems to be a massive disconnect between management actions and company goals.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Rogers Insurance.
1:1 interview with HR. Interview followed by two half-hour personality tests. Thanked interviewer for time during and after interview. Not so much as a thank you for taking two hours of my time to interview and complete personality testing.
