A real 'family' culture that supports autonomy and gives you the flexibility to create and build your own platform to succeed.
Strong presence in the market also as a brand name helps

    Cons

Important to hire the right people going forward and set a clear direction for both new and older employees. May take some time

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Links International (Hong Kong) in October 2019.

    Interview

It was phone screen. The person talking with me over the phone is a team lead. The voice is low energy. The person said he/she would help me ask if other teams would like to meet me. But that person's attitude made me feel the he/she would not genuinely help you ask as he/she did not even ask for my CV. He/she only wants to find a consultant who has the exact experience they want. Nothing wrong about what they need, just the attitude is not genuine.
