I love the people and still cherish the relationships I've made. The anchors and on-air talent are the best of the best and really appreciate your efforts.Cons
Depends on the manager, but I was laid off without notice even when I was top tier talent. I was loyal for years with the company. HR didn't even try to find another position within the company. HRAdvice to Management
Laying people off is economics and just plain numbers and maneuvering, I get it. But we are all people and either give us a heads up or try and provide us with another option within the company.
