Interview
I had the initial recruiter interview last Tuesday, didn't hear anything until this weekend when I received the greenhouse survey, so I assume I'm no longer in the running.
That's fine but I would have appreciated a follow up from them. I thought the interview went well and for a company that prides itself in its hiring practices and how it treats its employees, I would have expected some common courtesy.
At the end I asked him a couple questions, especially about the culture and what differentiates Bird from the dozen other ev scooter companies. I also asked about the MANY negative reviews their app received on the AppStore so I can understand if the problem is backend, front end or otherwise.
The response was laughable at best as it was just generic and skirted the questions. I pretended he answered my question but he himself was only there for 4 weeks. Though he was eager to point out that "its no longer a candidate market".InterviewTell us about your background
