    I worked at Vector Marketing as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The position gives you a lot of autonomy and self-fulfillment if you can produce. The manager was constantly checking in with you to see how you were doing and if you needed any help.

    Cons

    No workplace camaraderie, and a the quintessential sales position. Make you sell only to your friends and family and uppermanagement seems to only care about you for a few months and then expect you to quit after the first couple months.

    Advice to Management

    Develop your sales people more and more involvement.
