"Excellent work environment"
Pros
There are so many pros for working at this company that I don’t know where to start . Nice culture Technology and tools that are continuously improved Leadership that is close to employeesCons
Sometimes you have to work after hours as you are asked to manage more workload then what is actually manageable There is lots of bureaucracy and internal processesAdvice to Management
To make better prioritisation on business outcomes and act proactively so the extra workload is more manageable for people To review the internal processes that don’t add value and create extraGSK Athens (Greece) Interviews

Interview
I applied through an agency for the role at Athens HC's on May 2021, interviewed by 2 senior HR members (after the initial Agency interview). They were both polite and seemed approachable. They asked me about the mass redundancy process we followed in companies I worked with abroad. They were very reluctant to explain to me the type of org changes coming up (confidential they told me) and the reason this position was opened. They were both senior in job titles, but they were looking for someone to do all the HR day-to-day, and all the Communications and Change Management for the upcoming Org changes (which I wouldn't know until I join the company, on a temp contract).InterviewWhat process did you follow for the mass redundancies with your previous employer abroad? What process do you follow when you need to make a decision?
