    Pros

Good culture, driven team members. Upper management are brilliant. Flexible hours. New mergers provides increased opportunities. Established and impressive consulting services.

    Cons

Executives are brilliant, but are more concentrated on their individual success than company overall success. Pay is not the most competitive.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CJ Logistics America (Chicago, IL (US)) in March 2016.

    Interview

Two people within the room, mainly ask conceptual questions, mixed in with personal classifiers. Relaxed setting overall, but one of the people that interviewed me was not at the company by the time I got hired.
