Job Description
- Provide solution for project implementation to responding for tender bidding, conducting presentation, demonstration and Proof-of-Concept exercise. This position leverages various IT technologies to lead the solution team to provide the best-fit solution to meet the business and technical requirements.
- Act as a liaison between the IT and business community making sure the proposed technology to meet business needs
- Lead a team of vendors, contractors and consultants to formulate solution proposal to the tender bidding
- Lead the overall design and architecture of the project delivery team
- Research, evaluate, and make recommendation regarding technology pertinent to business goals
- Prepare and deliver demonstration / presentation to a variety of audiences on a variety of software topics
Job Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in IT development with at least 3 years in application design in JavaEE and/or .NET and/or Mobile technology
- Sound knowledge in open-sourced technologies and frameworks
- Proven experience in delivering large scale application development projects
- Good understanding of IT best practices and methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, SSADM, RUP, etc).
- Experience working with diverse teams of vendors, consultants, and contractors.
- Excellent technical writing / documentation skills.
- Fluent in oral and written communication.
Base pay range
The minimum salary is HK$45K and the max salary is HK$60K.
