Responsibilities:

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the onboarding and ongoing administration of MPF trustees. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with external and internal stakeholders to strategize and execute trustee onboarding activities, including data mapping, data cleansing, dress rehearsals, data migration, and post-migration check.
• Acting as the primary contact point for onboarded trustees, providing support on business and scheme administration issues, and arranging regular and ad-hoc meetings as needed.
• Collaborating with technical teams to resolve incident tickets raised by trustees promptly and effectively.
• Following up on inquiries, complaints, and incidents related to trustees, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality service delivery.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in MPF administration, client servicing, or a related field. Candidates with strong project management experience and or domain knowledge in MPF will be highly preferred. Knowledge/experience on MPF Industry Scheme will also be an advantage.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex tasks effectively. Experience in managing timelines, resources, and deliverables is highly preferred.
• Coordination and Engagement: Willingness and ability to coordinate and engage with diverse external and internal parties on a daily basis, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• MPF Expertise: Solid experience in MPF administration and client servicing, with a deep understanding of MPF operations and regulatory requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
